On a guess, I'd say he does know. I've seen photos of him with his wife. They look like a couple who are sexually 'into' each other. His music has quite an erotic tone to it, imo.

reminds me of how much I miss my saxophone. I used to play tenor...when I had one. :(
I got to meet Richard Elliot in Monterey, CA, while I was there attending grad school. He came through town on the "Guitars & Saxes" tour in 2002. He signed a CD for me. I agree he is fun to listen to:-)
I just got one of his cd's and my wife has already associated his music and style to having sex. She smiles when its played in the house for fun.
